Take That is an English pop group, formed in Manchester in 1990. The group currently consists of Gary Barlow, Howard Donald, and Mark Owen. The original line-up also featured Jason Orange and Robbie Williams. Take That were formed in 1990 by their manager Nigel Martin Smith in Manchester.
Take That Love Rat: Howard Donald's secret lover speaks out about their 10-year affair after gagging order is lifted. He tried to gag her over spilling details about their secret ten-year affair. But today, Take That's Howard Donald's secret lover Adakini Ntuli has opened up about their illicit relationship after a 'super-injunction' he was granted against her was lifted. And it was also revealed that Donald, 42, cheated on both mothers of his two children with Ntuli after they met in 2000.
In April, Donald obtained a gagging order preventing details of his relationship with the soul singer being made public.
But last month it was lifted by the Court of Appeal and although intimate details must remain private, the fact the affair took place can be reported. Speaking exclusively to the Sunday Mirror, Ntuli, who sings in a pub band, said she didn't want to betray Donald but then she found out he had another mistress. And she added that she believes his court action was to stop any more women coming forward. She said: 'His court action has exposed his infidelity rather than keep it secret. I would never have shared our secrets. He knows I'd never have betrayed him.' Ntuli said she met Donald in July 2000 at the nightclub in Manchester where he was DJ-ing, while he was living with Victoria Piddington, the mother of his daughter Grace, now 10.
Single mother Ntuli, who came to Britain from Zimbabwe with her mother and step-dad when she was eight, said: 'I was single and craved some excitement. 'I was singing in a soul band and writing songs. I wasn’t a star-struck young girl. I didn’t even know who he was at first but I found myself chatting to him after his set.' And she said although their relationship started off as an affair, she fell in love with him even though she knew he was in a relationship.
But she added that she didn't feel like his mistress and they regularly went out in public together and with his friends.
She said: 'Anyone who noticed us would have assumed we were an item, not an attached guy out with his mistress, 'We would be in hotel lobbies together. He never tried to hide me or smuggle me in. I felt like an actual girlfriend.'
But in July 2003, they stopped meeting up after Donald split from Piddington and began seeing former model Marie Christine Musswessels, who is the mother of his youngest daughter Lola, now five. Ntuli said she felt hurt and tried to move on but the affair was rekindled soon after before stopping again in November 2005 and starting again in 2008, but then again ended again after a few months. Ntuli said they briefly saw each other last year but then it emerged in March this year that he had been cheating on Marie with another mistress - and it was the last straw for Ntuli.
She said: 'I snapped. I was so angry. I thought I was the only one he was having an affair with. It felt I had been led on and manipulated. I was devastated.'
She then sent Donald an angry text that read, 'Why should I continue 2 suffer financially 4 the sake of loyalty when selling my story will sort my life out?', but admitted that she was in a bad place when she sent it and was terrified when Donald's lawyers contacted her about him seeking an injunction against her. She said: ' I couldn't' tell a soul what was happening, not even my mum. It made me ill and I was admitted to hospital with depression, anxiety and neuralgia. 'I now want to tell the whole story. I think it is wrong that celebrities are able to use the law to cover up their actions. 'I loved Howard once but he let me down so badly.'

Some people assume that if they love another person, the other person is simply going to know this. That is not always the case. Your loved ones need to be told and shown that you love them to know for certain that you really do.
Valentine's Day is celebrated on 14th February 2017. It is a festival of romantic love and many people give cards, letters, flowers or presents to their spouse or partner. They may also arrange a romantic meal in a restaurant or night in a hotel. Common symbols of Valentine's Day are hearts, red roses and Cupid.
Many people celebrate their love for their partner by sending cards or letters, giving gifts or flowers and arranging meals in restaurants or romantic nights in hotels. People who would like to have a romantic relationship with somebody may use the occasion to make this known, often anonymously. Valentine's cards are often decorated with images of hearts, red roses or Cupid. Common Valentine's Day gifts are flowers chocolates, candy, lingerie and champagne or sparkling wine. However, some people use the occasion to present lavish gifts, such as jewelry. Many restaurants and hotels have special offers at this time. These can include romantic meals or weekend breaks.
The most common Valentine's Day symbols are the heart, particularly in reds and pinks, and pictures or models of Cupid. Cupid is usually portrayed as a small winged figure with a bow and arrow. In mythology, he uses his arrow to strike the hearts of people. People who have fallen in love are sometimes said to be 'struck by Cupid's arrow. Other symbols of Valentine's Day are couples in loving embraces and the gifts of flowers, chocolate, red roses and lingerie that couples often give each other.
Tell your loved ones that you love them often. So many people regret when their loved ones pass away and they cannot remember hearing or saying the words, "I love you," in recent years. Prevent this deep regret from happening in your relationships by specifically saying, "I love you," to the people you love.
Spend time with the people you love. Many people claim to love their friends, spouses or children but do not carve out time to spend with them. If you do not spend time with someone, you are communicating that they are not important to you. Loving someone means investing time in them.
Make your loved ones a priority in your life. If you love someone, then you will not shove that person to the bottom of your priority list. You will not cancel plans at the last minute to accommodate other priorities in your life or, worse, refuse to make plans because other parts of your life are always more important.
Invest in what someone you love cares about. For example, even if you have never had any interest in construction equipment, a parent who loves her son will take the time to learn about construction equipment because the child cares about it. If you want to show people how much you love them, then value what they value.
Make yourself vulnerable to the people you love. Part of loving another person involves opening up your heart and revealing who you really are. To show someone that you love him, you must be honest and open about who you are.
Accept your loved ones as they are. When you love someone, you do not try to change her. Instead, appreciate her for the unique and precious person she is.
Make sacrifices. Showing someone that you love him often comes with sacrifice. The needs of the person you love are more important than your wants. For example, a child's need to play outside with you overrides your desire to take a nap. In some cases, making painful decisions that are in the best interest of the one you love is the best way to show your love for him.

Definition of Sonic Branding? (Audio Branding, Sound Branding, Music Branding)
- An audible identity, a sound signature crafted to suit a brand aiming to achieve a sense of familiarity with audiences and consumers. Instilling trust and positivity. Sculpting specific music and/or audio frequencies into organised sound.
What is my composition process?
- I always start with a lot of questioning. What's the director's vision and how can I translate that message to the intended audience musically. This stays with me from the first note to the last.
- What mood, instrumentation, tempo, orchestration and style of music will i choose and direct myself in?
- Do I need to create a theme that can then be exploited in various ways if required?
- I sometimes rely on musical cliches (stylistic devices employed that have an obvious emotional reaction), yet at the same time put my own stamp on it.
- My output is usually defined by visuals. This gives me a sense of what is required, along with the music brief from a creative director.
- Generally I like to experiment until something feels 'right'. Often tinkling around on the piano or other instruments. I never wake up in the night with anything composed for me; I wish... although when I'm in the moment creating, it often pieces itself together and I wonder how it happened... Magic!
- I create music either digitally produced, with live musicians or the two combined.
Can music be used as a way of differentiating a brand from its competitors? In what way?
- Yes, because music can be created and used to reinforce a brand's identity along with their visuals. It assists a brand to locate a unique place in time and space. Music taps into the senses and the subconscious mind and can therefore evoke strong emotions and associations - these can be used to identify and manipulate one's mind. Sonic identity can help to form certain perceptions of a given brand. Being able to instantly identify a brand because of hearing a few notes and associate that with memories is powerful. Getting a catchy tune or motif looping in someone's mind is more influential than people realise. The memory and musical associations can last a lifetime.
How can music and audio add value to a brand?
- Music and audio can take a brand to another level. I like to believe that sound is equally as important as visual media. Where required, audio and music can be specifically crafted to sound expensive, classy, technological, futuristic, positive or familiar... helping to build relationships, reliance and trust with products and brands. Certain musical devices can be employed to manipulate consumers and their perceptions. Music is highly influential. Words alone might not always tell people how unique a product or brand is. "Music expresses what cannot be said".
