Terms and conditions

• Each valid referral will result in the referring Member and the new Member receiving £25 automatically credited to their accounts and immediately lent in the monthly access market, at the current rate.
• A referred RateSetter Lender must deposit a minimum of £1,000 and have that £1,000 out on loan to be considered as a completed referral.
• Use of a false name or address will result in a void referral.
• All referrals must be made directly by the Member and not via a third party.
• Referrals using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
• No responsibility can be accepted for referrals lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.
• The money is not transferable to another individual and other alternatives will be offered.
• RateSetter reserves the right to amend or alter the terms and conditions and reject referrals from Members not entering into the spirit of the promotion.
• RateSetter reserves the right of ownership of any member-generated content submitted to the promotion and unreserved rights of reproduction in any marketing or promotional media that it sees fit.
• Confirmation of a valid referral will be emailed to the referring Member before the money is credited.
• The promotion may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
• Existing customers cannot be referred.
• Payments will be credited directly to a participant’s RateSetter account within 30 days of a valid referral.
• You cannot refer yourself.
